The Althea Johnson Agency Joins the Angela’s House Organization in Charity Drive to Improve Outcomes for Children Receiving Hospital Care

The Althea Johnson Agency, a family managed company that offers insurance and financial consultation services to communities in and around the Oyster Bay region, is announcing a joint charity event in conjunction with the Angela’s House organization to provide for medically frail children.

The Althea Johnson Agency, a locally owned and operated firm that provides asset protection services and financial planning assistance to residents of Long Island, is launching a charity drive in cooperation with local nonprofit Angela’s House that promises to raise regional support for children receiving critical hospital care.

For 25 years, Angela’s House has worked to ensure medically frail children and their families have proper access to medical services and support. Currently, more than 650 children in the Nassau County region receive some form of assistance from Angela’s House, and the organization maintains a local network of homes that provide emergency nursing care for children in need.

“We’re initiating this charity event to support Angela’s House because we believe every child, regardless of backgrounds or circumstances, should have access to modern and effective medical care,” says Althea Johnson, founder and acting director of the Althea Johnson Agency.

To publicize the Angela’s House charity drive in the Long Island region, Johnson and her team are reaching out to local families, associates, and community leaders to share information over email and social media.
